Our conference is a security council conference that caters to novice and advanced delegates. Advanced committees will be open agenda, while novice committees will all have the same topic. Therefore, it's imperative when submitting policy papers, that you specify your committee NUMBER in both your actual paper, and the subject of the email. If you fail to follow these guidelines, your policy paper may not be graded.
